Library Search:

The library search box contains a list of categories that can be used to limit the specimens displayed in the search results list to those that match the selected criteria. If none of the fields are selected, all of the specimens and data products available through the website will appear in the search results list. As search criteria are entered, the gray box to the right updates with the current number of specimens and data products that will be returned using the current filter.

Keyword Search:

A keyword can be entered in this text box. A drop down list of possible autocomplete words will appear as the user begins to type. The user can either continue typing a word that is not displayed or select a word from the list. The specimen name, product ID, specimen classification, and description sections of each product will be searched for the specified keyword. Some browsers may require the user to move the cursor out of the text box, press enter, or move to the next option before the "Current Filtered Results" box will update.
